The principals Tom and Chris bring a combination of Business, Community and People Development skills gained in over 40 years of combined experience. With protracted first hand cross-cultural experience gained in Asia, the Middle East and through-out Australasia they offer a breadth of business insight, team development, issue resolution and individual focussed training and development for most industry sectors at most organisational levels.

Chris

Chris has experience working with migrants and refugees and has lived worked within Asian and Middle Eastern cultures. A clear thinker and communicator she brings a range of cross-cultural and strong conflict resolution skills

Tom

With both public and private corporate experience Tom is equally at home with political leaders and media icons as he is with indigenous peoples from over 20 countries.

A veteran linguist and change professional with experience throughout Asia and the Middle East he is a unique and inspirational presenter with a passion for people and a vast insight into communities, cultures and change.
